Margaret R.

I have utilized this company twice and both times I have found Brian to provide outstanding service as well as fairly priced. The reports are buyer readable and come complete with pictures which compliment the written information for the buyer to better understand what the exact issue is. He was quick to get the report back to the buyer, on time, courteous and quite helpful in explaining the issue and provided solutions to fix an issue. I will surely utilize his services again!

Frequently asked questions

It all starts with  meeting my customers with a handshake and a walk around the house. I'll walk around the house doing my report & Ends with any questions by the customer and a handshake.

Wind Mitigation are $75.00 / Four Point Inspections $75.00 both $125.00

I got tired of seeing some good people being lead in the wrong direction, when it came to doing house repairs, that a inspector gave the wrong advise on. So I decided to start my bussiness to help others know what they are buying, and to give a honest inspection.

I have helped the First time home buyer, to real estate investment Companies.

I have had more then afew inspections, where the house looked almost new, only to find hidden wood rot, in attics , behind A/C systems, inside the house under the windows and under the sinks. I found bad electrical systems, where the lines got taped together, outside of the electrical boxes.

"BEWARE OF THE PAINTED PIG'

You can always paint the house the color you like latter.

Don't hire a company, that sends out 2 or 3 people.Chances are they will rush the inspection and miss something.

A good inspection will take some time. Plan 3 more hours depending on the size of the house.

Don't hire someone to save $25 to $50.. Most of this companies are just out for a quick dollar.

A good company, may charge more, because they have bills to pay just like you and they relay on their reputation, to make a fair and honest living.

Ask about there training. Ask about their License and Insurance.

Ask them any question you want. If I don't know the answer, I'm going to look it up, so I know it for the next time.
