How did you get started in this business?
After 16 years as a Systems Engineer in Telecommunications, I decided to create a business involving my love for dogs and animals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers come from all walks of life, but all of them consider their dog a very important part of their family!
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We're proud of our support of local charities - both animal and people related. Sean is known for his dedication, daily feeding and care for feral cats in East Boca Raton.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask your friends and pet experts for referrals for services your pet needs. Don't go to the groomer/pet service provider offering extreme discounts for new clients.
Bring a photo of your pet that shows how you'd like them to be groomed.
If your dog has a special shampoo bring that for the groomer to use.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask who will do the actual grooming and their years of experience. Ask if they will be caged before or after grooming.
