I absolutely love what I do, and become friends with the people I do it for. I take great pride in being selected to assist people with one of the largest purchasing decisions of their life. I am passionate about all phases of the real estate transaction. I have been in the real estate world since 1999. I am the Broker/Owner of Right Realty Connection in Leesburg, Florida. This is a Veteran owned business, and I have my MRP (Military Relocation Professional Certification). We are a Boutique Brokerage. What does that mean to our Clients? It means we have an on site Lender, Amanda Walters with Gold Star Mortgage, and we have on site title services with Assurance Title and Escrow, owned by Angela Davidson. We truly are a tight knit family atmosphere and none of us have 9 to 5 hours.... We have HI!! I'm awake hours!!! My phone goes on the charger at midnight.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I learn their housing criteria, and I help them secure a wonderful lender. Once we know their budget, I respect that number. I show them homes that are in their price range. I negotiate the best deal for my clients. I stay in the process through inspections and the appraisal. I also attend every closing. I'm present, from the beginning of the process, until I'm handing them keys!
