I am a local Realtor here in beautiful Central Florida. I have been an active real estate associate since Dec 2013 and pride myself in great customer service. I service all of Lake, Orange, Sunter and Seminole and Polk Counties. I received the Million Dollar Award for 2016 and 2017.
I love helping people and families find their perfect home! I take pride in being a friend to my clients, and being there every step of the way during the home buying or selling process. I am a long time Clermont/Groveland resident since 1979, and have seen all the many changes that Central FL has gone through. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I help the customer get set up on a search for what their exact needs are and recommend they get pre-approved before we start looking so they don’t miss out on a great home. Plus that way we also know how much they are approved for. I will be with them every step of the way, making the whole process as easy and streamlined as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 20 years of admin, bookkeeping and sales experience in prior and current jobs.

Typically it’s 6% commission charged to the sellers, which is 3% to list the home, and 3% to the selling agent.
How did you get started in this business?
I got my license the end of 2013 and started working early 2014 as a buyers agent for someone at Keller Williams.

Veterans, disabled, large and small families, first tine buyers, 55+
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was able to help my sister sell her home of 17 years and buy a much larger home for her growing family. It touched my heart to be able to help family
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the Realtor that you choose is out for your best interests and helps you every step of the way. They should be good listeners and make sure to get you the best deal possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure they truly want to buy or sell, and also try to narrow down your search to a specific area in mind. And most importantly make sure to get pre approved by a lender to make sure that you know how much you are approved for to help simplify the whole process and not miss out on a great home because you have to wait to get that letter. Have it in hand ready to make that offer!
