Difficult dogs are the best! They teach me new techniques and how to better handle the next one. At the end when they look great is the best feeling. I love passing on knowledge to assist you in your home care for your fur baby. Knowledge is power so i share. I am here to help your pet. Bottom line. I love what i do and even though some days i feel defeated because that dog or cat refuses to be groomed i still do it again because they need us. (Groomers!)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients need to inform me as much as they can about there pet. I need to know if Romeo has a wart or if tinkerbell is 13 years old. Doesnt matter what it is i need to know...i do not want to hurt or scare your pet

I completed a ten month course at Florida institute of Animal Arts

it was cold outside I normally just shave it down and let the dog regrow the fur but they were so tiny i brushed and did a light trim. It was like night and day. But they were beautiful at the end and you could tell they pleased
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions lots of questions we as groomers know alot more than you think and if we cant answer it dont hire them
