What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself to the human client firsly and immediately ask the pets name and introduce myself to them. I ask all the questions necessary to the groom and if there are any physical ailments or issues and then we groom!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with grooming my entire life my mother and father were both groomers had their own business all over the country and I have been professionally grooming now for almost twenty years

Yes. Standard prices are small full grooms 70.00 mediums are 75.00..large are 85.00 and up considering their condition and behavior. Cats are 100.00 and up also considering behavior and condition
