What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet a new client we take the time to learn about their needs, specifically what they're looking for in their next Realtor. We try and make sure we can meet those expectations during the initial meeting. During that initial meeting we will review the buying or selling process, and we'll show you how we can deliver the results you deserve!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being licensed since 2005, I am also a CRS member, which is reserved for the top 2% of agents nationwide.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have a standard pricing system in place, and for clients that are purchasing a home you can rest easy because the SELLER will pay our fees!
How did you get started in this business?
Years ago I owned pizza shops in the area. When I decided to move on I needed something that would allow me to continue to serve my clients, but on a much larger scale. Real Estate, and all it has to offer, seemed like a natural fit, and I've been doing it ever since. And I still make an awesome pizza!!
