What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with client at store location to determine needs. Followed by photos of requested design job. Once completed a consult is scheduled for designer (myself) to travel to clients location. Where design plan will be conducted. The design plan will give a guesstimate of time needed to complete and cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed interior design courses with certificate. Also working 3 years within furniture retail. I have an extensive amount of knowledge about furniture.
