What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I may be contacted by phone call or text. I will follow up with a phone call to chat with potential clients to find out about the breed of dog, coat type, temperament, and client expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been grooming for 14 years. I have been involved in the show ring in the past. I also compete in grooming competitions, and have worked for the top groomer in the nation. I keep my education current by going to trade shows yearly.
