I meet with all clients in our offices and go over the home buying process as well as the buyer agent agreement for DC and Maryland. With sellers, I do research and pre comparatives of thei neighborhoods and market. I visit them in person, have them show me their home and I preevaluate their home based on my comparatives and what I see in the home. We review the comparatives, statistics and the seller listing agreement.
