Interview at least two agents the same as you would when hiring any professional and don't always go with the one that says they can sell your home for the most, because often they can't and will use your home to solicit buyers looking to buy in a lower price range.

Write a list down of any questions or concerns however big or small and understand that; no question is silly question.
