INTERIOR DESIGN: Karen was quick to get my ideas and incorporate them with exactly what I wanted and do better then I could have even imagined. She searched for different items allowing me to have more choices for my family room and was capable of doing what I thought was impossible. My family room looks as if it had just stepped out of a magazine. My neighbors could not believe the transformation. In my opinion Karen is a pleasure to work with and is very talented at what she does.

    Frequently asked questions

    Step One - Consultation

During this step, your needs and objectives are identified. Questions regarding the specific function(s) of the space, who will be using the space and walls when carpentry and construction are involved , and furniture and equipment requirements will be discussed. Measurements and photos are also taken at this time.

    Step Two - Schematic Design

During this step space planning and furniture, layouts are developed. Circulation patterns and minimum clearances are considered and applied to the floor plan. Rough sketches and elevations are created, preliminary furniture and finish ideas are developed, and then presented to you for review and revision.

    Step Three - Design Development

After final approval of the schematic design, we develop the floor plans, elevations, architectural drawings for permitting, and other related items in greater detail. Colors and finishes are refined, furniture, fabrics, and equipment are selected and cost estimates are prepared. The resulting design is presented to you for review, revision, and final approval.

Step Four - Permitting / Constriction / Purchasing

Permits are obtained. Construction begins. Furniture furnishing and art purchasing begins

Step Five - Finsih / Deliver / Install
