I have been in the real estate industry 6 years gaining extensive knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry.
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with Military Relocation and Probate Real Estate Specialist designations. I am also on the CT SMART MLS Board of Directors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to find out the needs of the customer and how I can provide the best value to my new customer.
Next we set goals and educate the customer as to the real estate process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a real estate broker, Miltary Relocation Professional and probate real estate specialist with experience in all aspects of the real estate process.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business as a way to make additional income to support my family. After just a couple of years, I was able to transition to a full time agent to better serve my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, sellers and investors in various markets.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was recently able to help a client seller his home and move into his new home before the holidays. His sale was particularly difficult as the buyer was having trouble obtaining financing and had been through 3 lenders before he could close. I was able to keep the deal on track and work directly with the lender to see that we were able to close the transactions for my client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, ask for their recommendations and be open to exploring various options at the start of the process. Most of all be committed to the end goal.
