What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with clients in their home or business and establish a concrete plan on how to achieve their goals. This consultation is free of charge.From this , I create an initial estimate based on our direction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ive been involved in the fire since 1986, having run design offices in Boston and NewYork,as well as being President of two very well known Design and Decoration showrooms

Each project is handled differently ,from as little as a 2 hour consultation to full savage renovations .
How did you get started in this business?
in 1986 , after having been a manufacturers representative in the home furnishings textile trade, I launched my own studio in Boston which became widely known for innovative design solutions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
A complete 1750 square foot loft renovation in downtown NewYork which involved complete architectural and interior design services .i particularly love kitchen and bath design.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A good relationship begins with clear and honest communication .i have always felt that my clients know that I am there's for them every step of the way and have lots of referrals to prove this
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I recommend clients back up their needs with images that they like. This gives us a useful tool since many clients can't verbally express what they like.
