What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a customer requests a quote, we schedule an in-home consultation to take measurements and analyze the house characteristics. We study the roof to choose the best-fitted gutter and let the customer know our professional opinion. Once they've made their choices, we go over the payment options: check, financing, or credit card. We then come to the property with high-quality materials and tools to make the magic happen!
