Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting a client in the space to be worked on is the first step. It is helpful to see photos that they like or don't like. Clients want different levels of interaction with a designer so that must be decided. Some clients I just come in and perform our 90 minute Quick Fix service and leave them with a written action plan addressing their design goals and they are good to go! Some clients ask that we make all their design decisions. There is a wide range- no right or wrong way, just individualized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Marketing- University of Alabama
A.A.S. Interior Design, Magna Cum Laude, Fashion Institute of Technology
Antique Appraisal Certificate, New York University
Allied Member, American Society of Interior Designers
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
