What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an introductory phone call, we set up an in-person design consultation to examine the space or spaces that you wish to address. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on the consultation process. At that point, depending on the project, we will either move to plan generation (for renovations) or research and shopping.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Almost all work is charged at a rate of $100/hour. The exception is the development of plans and renderings, which are priced per square foot on a sliding scale based on the size and complexity of the space or spaces.
