What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an intake form whether they are either a buyer or a seller to determine their needs. If it is a buyer we get them preapproved. And begin their home search. If it is a seller we determine where we need to be priced accordingly in today's market place and then we list and market their property and notify all the potential buyers in our database.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the real estate business for 34 years and have extensive experience and training in sales of all types including short sales, foreclosures, investment properties, first time home buyers, condos, single family homes, new construction, VA loans, relocations, estate sales, etc.

How did you get started in this business?
I got my real estate license in my early twenties after being in the banking industry. Since then I have grown my business each year and now run a successful real estate team which services the entire state of CT.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My team and I have worked will all types of buyers, sellers and investors. We specialize in short sales and foreclosures, and have lots of experience with all other types of sales including new construction, single family homes, condos, rentals, multi-family properties, estate sales, relocation, etc. We have also sold many homes virtually to buyers from out of state.
