What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to have a conversation about your needs and expectations. We customize each client's experience by finding out what's important to you, and howe can be of best service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a full time agent for over 8 years, and regularly attend AND TEACH continuing education. I am not just a Real Estate Agent, I am a Real Estate Broker. I am also certified as a Google and Facebook marketing professional.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in Real Estate after I had a bad experience with a home purchase. I have an extensive background in customer service and marketing, and saw an opportunity to build a career providing excellent service to those with real estate needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from first time home buyers, to downsizers, to investors, and folks facing foreclosure. We have structured our business so we can adapt to multiple personality types to ensure an excellent experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't hire the first agent you talk to! Talk to a few agents, and make sure it's a great fit before you sign the contract. I always tell potential clients to treat your meetings with agents like you are an employer, and they are applying for the job of helping you sell or buy.
