Mozaic is a tax‑exempt 501(c)(3) not‑for‑profit and a chapter of The Arc New York. As the largest provider of services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New York’s Finger Lakes region, it supports more than 2,000 individuals and their families across Cayuga, Yates, Tompkins, Ontario, and Seneca counties with a team of approximately 600 staff. Mozaic offers a comprehensive continuum of supports, including Article 16 Clinic Services, Community Support Services, Day Services, Integrated Supportive Housing, Residential services, Vocational Services with ACCESS‑VR Pre‑ETS, and transportation. Programs also include arts‑focused opportunities through Spotlight Studios in Auburn and Skylarc Studio in Penn Yan, the DRIVE college‑based program with Keuka College, Keuka Lake School, and 1915c Children/Youth Respite. Beyond direct supports, Mozaic operates social enterprises and business services that create jobs and help fund programs. Finger Lakes Textiles manufactures products such as Arctic Gear, with 100% of Arctic Gear profits directed to services for people with disabilities, and the agency provides commercial services including disinfecting, floor restoration, custodial work, and lawn maintenance. Mozaic participates in the Collaborative of the Finger Lakes and is a United Way agency partner, strengthening quality and advocacy on behalf of the people it serves.
