What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with potential client to discuss, in detail, what they need painted. During this proccess, I answer any questions, show pictures of previous work, and give referenceces if they like.
This is also the time that I find out their precise expectations of what they expect during the job. This is the most critical step for me. I aim to please!
