What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to meet my customers and if they feel comfortable and want to work with me I ha e them sign a buyer broker agreement and turn them into my client. I will get my buyers qualified with a lender if they already haven't. I will then get their complete criteria's and then I put them on an automatic system and for my sellers I will sit with them as well and do a free CMA to show them what the value of their home is.
