Nancy The Stager And ReDesigner
About
We are a very customer service oriented company. Because we understand that sometimes it is very emotional to let go of a property we take the time necessary with our client's to help them let go and be ready to move on. We are also all about the details. Because your listing photos are the number one priority, we stage properties with this in mind. We will always do a final walk through to assure there will be nothing in a photo that should not be.
With my ten years of experience in my field, I have learned what buyer's are looking for in a property. I keep up the the current trends on a daily basis.
I enjoy the entire process, from working with a client doing a consultation and finding out what will be necessary for the project, to working up a staging plan to actually staging the property. However I will admit when I get that call telling me the property sold that is the best feeling. Knowing that I have helped a seller start a new chapter in their live is very rewarding. I am also very blessed to make a living doing something I am very passionate about, and to meet the many wonderful clients I have worked with.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I connect with a new client it is important that I come to the property and do a consultation. Because all projects are unique, it is necessary to see a property to determine a fair estimate of what the project will cost.
The consultation cost is $ 150.00 it includes 1 to 1/12 hours of time allowing me to take the time necessary to go over what would be needed to get the best Return of Investment for your property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent the last almost 10 Years staging house, so my first education would be experiece, however 3 years ago I chose to take a certification course given by Home Staging Resource. It was a very comprehensive course and I have also done and continue to do many hours of continuing education in my field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is not a standard pricing system because every project is unique and needs to be treated with special detail.
How did you get started in this business?
In truth my sister needed her house sold, I staged it and started receiving "love notes" from realtors wanting to know if I did this for a living and Nancy The Stager was born.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with realtor's, I have worked with private client's both staging their homes and decorating their new homes and I have worked with investors both staging properties and working as their design consultant.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I am working with an investor in Enfield as a Design Consultant. I have been involved in the entire process, from designing the kitchen, to choosing lighting fixtures, to color choices of both the interior and exterior.
When the constuction is finished I will stage the property allowing the property to stand out from the competition, making a potential buyer see it as home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say hire a certified home stager, because they have taken the steps to bring you the best level of customer service possible. They also have been trained to research the demographic of your property, as well as keeping abreast of what the currents trends are in the industry. They also make a point of continuing their education which will always bring you a superior product.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When will the project begin ?
How much work are they will to do to help the process ?
What is the budget ?
That they are not spending money to sell their house, in fact they are investing in their bottom line. Investing in the property will bring a stronger offer to the table and get it sold quicker.
