What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally start with brief telephone call to understand a little more about each other, then we set-up a face-to-face meeting. During the face-to-face meeting we generally discuss what life change is motivating the home buying or selling desire. Once I understand that, then we start to discuss a little more in detail the timeline, types of homes they maybe interested in if buying or more details around the possible sale of thier home.

Our pricing for Home buyers is FREE.
Our pricing for Home sellers varies between 5-6% of the sales price depending upon the extent of the marketign effort required to help sell the home
How did you get started in this business?
My wife started in the busines and I joined her. I have 15 years of Residential Home General Contracting where we built 20+ homes as well as property development expereince. I have worked in the Construction trades, so have a very good understaind of homes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
New Home buyers, experienced buyers, First time home sellers, Expereinced Home Sellers, Investors, people downsizing, upsizing or moving into or out of our great state. Price range has been from $100-900,000, with the average purchase or sale being in the $325k range.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping a young family transition from the thier parents home, to thier first rental and now into thier first home purchase. Its a wonderful feeling that you are a part of a major life style change and can help out a little bit while seeing thier family grow.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Seek a full-time Real Estate Agent, look for someone whom meshes well with your personality and someone with documented success in helping people acheve thier objectives. Also, look for someone whom has the time to be dedicated to your needs.
