What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we meet potential clients through personal referrals, our sphere of influence, our marketing etc. At the first consultation to discuss how we can help, we explain agency, fair housing and other disclosures required by law. From there the process is step by step, with us working every step of the way with you through the buying or selling process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We each have various education related to real estate. We strive for the highest degree of knowledge. Each team member brings a unique expertise allowing us to be a full service real estate team.
For example, if we have a buyer looking at existing homes with one of our buyers agents, who decides building a new construction home would make more sense, we have land and new construction specialists to step in to work together with them buyer to guide through that process seamlessly.

Through the love of helping others we all were drawn to real estate through different channels.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview local Realtors. Make sure the provide a full time, full service company with experts in all phases of Realtors estate. Look at their online reviews.
