About
After 10 years of flipping houses and doing all of the work myself, I decided to buy a home and take a break and let someone else do the inspection for me. The inspector I hired did not do a good job and left my family and I with lots of issues to deal with after closing. I then decided that I would become a home inspector so that no one would have to go through what my family did, also because it seemed that home inspection was right up my alley since I’ve been in the construction business since I was very young. My goal is to provide thorough and comprehensive inspections for clients so that they know their home and can feel comfortable and confident in their decisions with their home.

Afyer being in the construction business for over 15 years I had a bad experience with a home inspector and wanted to make sure that no one had an experience like it did.

Home owners, home buyers, real restate agents, house flippers
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A moment I am always fond of is the moment I get to meet the client and help them better understand their home and leave them feeling confident and comfortable.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Two things I have learned in this business is experience is everything and you get what you pay for.

Always ask about the inspectors background. While someone may have many years in the business, they may have no background in the areas of a home that matter!
