What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to make a customer for life is to put yourself in their shoes. I know what it feels like to be on the other side of things and I want to treat every customer the way I would like to be treated . Once I know what the customer is looking for then I try my absolute best to diagnose the issue/ repair and offer the best solutions possible . If new projects are needed I guruantee my work with a one year warranty and I offer a free service for any future repairs on new installs . Customer satisfaction is most important to me and I try everything possible to earn the customers trust and build relationships that last a lifetime .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the HVAC business for 15 years and have worked for various companies but one thing that always bothered me is how the bigger the company the less they care about getting you the best price possible and still do great quality work. I am licensed and insured in CT .
