What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen. We also love to buy our clients coffee. Let's sit down and discuss your Real Estate goals. From a primary residence to a full portfolio, we know how to get you there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of pounding the pavement and research! Of course we both went to Real Estate school to get licensed but the real education is when you're negotiating a deal or building a structure. That's where you really learn this business. Use and abuse our knowledge for your benefit. We Love It! :)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Just like with everything in Real Estate that's Negotiable also. Do you have a home to sell? ...are you only buying? Lots to consider but we always make it a win-win situation. We like to get paid for our time and work we do for you but we also like to maximize your equity if your selling to get you to the next home. Let's discuss, find out your needs and make it a win-win!
How did you get started in this business?
I guess it was just natural. I love service jobs and people. Real Estate is just a good fit for us. :)
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds of clients. Investors to 1st time buyers. Upsizing, Downsizing or a lateral movement. Land development to searching for that million dollar dream home. We wouold love to work with you also!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
An old contractor who has turned into a friend reached out about their kids. One of them was having a very difficult time getting something under contract. We took the reigns, got them approved for lending and had them under contract on their next home of choice in 4 days. It also had an ADU in the back they could rent out. Not only did we find exactly what they were looking for but it was an instant income generating property as well. Amazing how that all turned out. What I love the most about Real Estate is not we have a full family of new friends! We chat often and I feel blessed to have them in my sphere.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who listens and loves people. Not only do you want your Broker to listen to you if your a seller or a buyer, but you want them to listen to the other party as well! The more the Broker understands the motivation of the transaction the more successful everyone will always be!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Why do I want to buy or sell and what am I looking for next? Then lending is always 1st. We have to know what you can afford. Not only from an approval amount but more importantly from a monthly payment amount. No one likes to be house poor, buying something that spends all their income each month. We can help with this.
