What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Buyers: Make a list of must haves and like to haves. Have a clear idea of where you'd like to purchase. Spend time researching properties online and open houses. Build your knowledge base so when you do find the home you like, you are confident in moving forward.
Sellers: Educate yourself (or thru your realtor) of past sales and current inventory in and around your neighborhood. Interview several agents until you find the one that you feel can partner with you, has great communcation and delivers excellent service even before they get the listing.
