What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It's important for me to understand the desired outcome via call. Then I create a vision board to ensure alignment. I follow this by sharing layout plan proposal. Then I source for materials and execute the set up. And lastly, reveal the magic.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Marketing + Graphic Designer background and degree.
