What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer that they show up after I'm done inspecting that roughly 2 hours to 3 hours depending how big the home is. That way I can walk them through their home and show them what I found wrong with the home. I can also show them pictures of the proof attic areas they cannot see.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing construction since I was 15 years old.
