What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process:
1) Discovery Phone Call: We discuss the size of project and scope of work.
2) Ball Park Estimate: We discuss basic price range and get an idea of budget.
3) In-Home Consultation: We provide the design, options, and set price for your project. (Consultation Payments are credited towards your deposit).
4) Logistics: We sign contract, collect material deposit, order all materials, and schedule start date.
5) We plan and manage your project phase by phase from start to finish.
