What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the costumer and talk about what their goals are for their project. We like to understand who they are so we can educate them as well as ourselves to get the best results possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the industry for almost 30 years. The best teacher is field experience as well as longevity.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have a standard pricing for how we gage every project. But every job is different.
How did you get started in this business?
It is a family business. I got brought in for summer work first.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. Full custome to partial custom to just a refresher.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Just don’t take the advice from one person. Get between three and five bids, if time permits. The more bids you get, the more you can understand what is required.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Price, longevity, materials, paint products, warranties, process of operation.
