What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all customers the same. I ask them what they are buying. Home, Condo,or townhome. They have a different pay scale. I ask age and square footage to determine a price. Also I ask when is a good time for them to do the inspection. Its not always about my schedule, it's about theirs as well. Generally I can schedule a time that works for both of us.
