Mike has been great! I needed my radon test and inspection asap and he was very accommodating. The reports were done right away. Mike also taught me so many things about the home I am buying so I will be able to take care of things when needed. I gladly recommend him.

He was very attentive to our needs. We had a issue at the property that was the sellers fault. And he did what he could there and came back the next day to finish the job. He was great!

Mike was very attentive. He walked us through everything he was looking at and explained it all. He gave his recommendations for things as well. He was very understanding due to us arriving at the home and there was no electricity which we didn't expect. He did what we could without it instead of leaving. Very happy to be working with him and will recommend him to friends!

Mike was professional and courteous, and the inspection was thorough and very informative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ark Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I treat all customers the same. I ask them what they are buying. Home, Condo,or townhome. They have a different pay scale. I ask age and square footage to determine a price. Also I ask when is a good time for them to do the inspection. Its not always about my schedule, it's about theirs as well. Generally I can schedule a time that works for both of us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been certified in completeing education coarses. I have been in the construction field for many years. Been inspecting homes about 14 years now.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I generally price by square feet. Condos are less expensive than townhomes. Single family home start at 325.00.

I also do radon testing at an extra charge of 100.00 with the inspection.

I'm not the most expensive or the cheapist. My prices are competitive.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Buying property can be a very stressfull and exciting time. The customer needs to be honest and tell the inspector that this is all new to them. I can explain how it all works and what to expect through this process. The realtor is a big help too.
