What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an intial in-person consulatation. There is extreme value in having a professional service technician survey the potential job.
Avoiding miscommunications, and accurately bidding jobs are what sets us apart from the rest. After your in-person consultation concludes you will receive an official estimate via email within 48 hours.
Should you choose to acquire our services we issue a contract specific to the job. Upon your review, and acceptance we will schedule dates, times, and give updates every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service technicians come from varying backgrounds. All of our technicians are licensed and trained to operate our equipment and heavy machinery. We bring over 30 years of experience in the landscaping/home improvement industry!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is as follows:
Labor: $40 per hour per man on job
Trip: $20-$80 per day (ranging from light trucks to heavy trucks
Equipment: $25-$250 per day, per item ( applies to vehicles and heavy machinery)
Materials: Varies by job
Dump Fees: $45 per cubic yard of general trash ( individual items vary ie. tv's,mattresses, furniture, etc.)
How did you get started in this business?
We were born and raised on farm land in the sweltering heat of North Carolina. We have been working in the industry our entire lives. We wanted to create a business that put the customer first, by offerring great value, exceptional quality, and transparency
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individual property owners, property management firms, Air BNB, landscape management companies.
We service everything from single family homes, to multi-unit apartment complexes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Colorado is an extremely competitive market. Remember lower pricing doesn't always mean quality work. Look for contractors that offer transparent and honest pricing. Lowballers almost always bring unwanted headaches from poor communication, to poor end results.
A good contractor will always walk you through the process, try to offer creative solutions, and give you upfront pricing with an explanation for all the costs.
