We truly do put the needs of every pet first and strive everyday to learn and grow and I personally wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Every pet is unique and gets treated as such. Pet parents are just as important without them we wouldn't be able to do what we do.
The pets and the fact that the parents trust me to be apart of the babies life im the lucky one. My biggest problem is I cant say (NO) and thats not fair sometimes my pups are there a bit longer then Ive quoted and that makes me look bad. I never mean to upset anyone but somehow it happens. However most if my clients are very forgiving and know as long as their babies are in my care, I will always make sure they are taken care of.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always strive to make them feel welcomed,wanted and appreciated even when Im stressed to the max I never want to put that off on the next person I know first hand how that feels. Communicate even if it may not be what they want to hear :( ( and at times it is not.)
