What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we start with a consultation either at the home or over the phone to understand the scope of work to be done. We then guide you through construction for a remodel, interior decorating, interior design for a new home process as a custom process to each client depending on needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Educated at Arapahoe Community College and a member of the ASID. Jenni is also NCIDQ certified

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Please see our website to see which one of our packages fits your needs best!

How did you get started in this business?

Kelly and Jenni have been an interior designers in the Denver Metro area for almost 20 years each and we and bring a lot of experience working having worked at some of Denver's most prestigous firms.  We are very patient and understanding to our clients as we guide them through the process always mindful of budget.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked on new build homes, large and small remodels and interior decor/ furniture placement and purchasing. We do window coverings and wall coverings as well.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

My recent client had some issues with one of our vendors and I was so proud to guide the vendor and the client back to a place of trust and understanding. This kept the flow of the project on task and the client protected from issues that could have been disasterous.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask a lot of questions until you feel comfortable with the process. Make sure the designer will work with your personal style and not just fitting into current trends to suit thier portfolio. It is about making you feel amazing with the surroundings that the designer helped you create. Lastly, be sure the designer is willing to work within your desired budget. If they are good, they will be honest with what you can get for that amount of investment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Budget! What are you willing to spend? HGTV makes interior design seem like a piece of cake, when it is truly a work of art with extreme detail and decision making fatigue. If you don't feel like you can trust your professional, it may not be a good fit for you. Be ready with your style in mind by spending some time on Pinterest or Houzz to collect ideas of projects you love and would like to see elements of that design in your own home.
