My typical process with working with new costumers is figuring out what they want done, and letting them know what their options are, then asking what there budget is. Then, we tell them how much the job is worth and how the price varies between different options. After that we come to an agreement on the price and we make sure that they're comfortable with the process. Afterwards we make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
