She seemed very concerned about how comfortable Donner was. he is 9 months old and still a puppy at 64 lbs. She was very professional and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We were pleased we didnt have to wait weeks for the grooming. She seemed willing to accommodate us and that was refreshing.
