What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An intial introductory phone conversation is the first step to discuss the basics of the proposed project. Then typically an appointment is scheduled to view the site and discuss the project in more detail.
Following the intitial appointment, a written estimate is prepared for the customer based upon the site visit and conversation. The estimate is emailed back to the customer within a few days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience and a Residential Contractor class C exam based upon the national building code. This test is required by municipalities for licensure.
