What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a FREE internet based company, a customer can go to our website "RealtyAdvisor.info", and on the "Find A Broker" page, tell us their specific real estate needs and we will conduct a personalized search from anywhere to anywhere in the U.S. for the broker best suited to help them. We contact the brokers by phone and ask qualifying questions until we find the right one. Once located, we forward their contact information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over forty years experience in real estate management, education, sales, and development. I have been the director of commercial real estate for the five state Rocky Mountain Region for Century 21, Managed residential offices for Century 21 and The Purdential, worked for Century 21 International as a senior marketing consultant and and owned and operated my own company for seventeen years. I have a Bachelors degree In business Adminstration and hold the Certified Residential Broker designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors.

I sold a retail business which I started and always thought I would enjoy real estate.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently a couple wanted to move from Denver to Orlando, FL. They wanted a newer home in a subdivision with a swimming pool, near or with a view of a lake, with neighbors not too close and did not want to spend over $400 thousand. We connected them with a Re/Max broker in orlando who found them exactly what they wanted for $220 thousand and they were thrilled.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Most real estate agents specialize in specific areas, such as price range, geographic areas, high end homes, first time buyers, commercial, etc. We concentrate on securing a broker who specializes in your area of need.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Location, price range, financing, type of property desired and any special requirements or unusual circumstances such as having a home to sell before being able to purchase another.
