I started RealPro Real Estate Professionals in 2003 after being in the Top 3% of my ReMax office. With the change in the real estate market going online at that time, I felt lower fees from real estate agents was needed, with no less services. Since then we have done exactly that!!

When we assist our clients with their next home purchase we do not charge them to sell their current home. And if they are not purchasing another home our rate is only 1%. Saving our clients 10's of Thousands of dollars! And if your purchasing a home there is never any charge to you for our services.

    After having Brenda Flick of the RealPro Team as my Real Estate Broker, I felt compelled to write this letter. I have had numerous Realtors in the past, but have never had one that met all of my family's needs, going above and beyond, until Brenda. When I first saw that RealPro would sell our home for only 2.8% total, I thought there must be some kind of catch, thinking that they must "skimp" on advertising or something! To my pleasant surprise, this was clearly not the case, but rather just the opposite! After comparing RealPro to other companies, we found that they were very competitive with their ads and often surpassed many other companies. We were impressed from the beginning with the professionalism of the pictures taken of our house, including a virtual tour. Professional, helpful suggestions to sell our house were made, but not pushed which was greatly appreciated. Phone calls, questions, and requests were promptly answered and addressed. When we got an offer, even in this tough market, Brenda truly eliminated the stress often involved in selling a home. In our case, we had extremely difficult buyers to deal with and Brenda handled many, various "situations" with ease, often eliminating potential "problems" and conflicts before they even occurred. Brenda worked hard to get us the price we wanted for our home. It was the same scenario on the other end. Brenda looked at houses with us for hours and hours each day, giving professional advice with each home looked at, informing us of structural defects, etc. in many of the homes that we would otherwise had been unaware of. She was not just trying to close a deal and move on. One could tell that she genuinely cared and wanted to find that perfect home for us even if it meant more time and work for her! Brenda has one of the most outstanding work ethics I have ever witnessed! When we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, again Brenda went to bat for us. She put out many "fires" right up to the end before closing on both homes. It was truly amazing how she just dealt with and handled everything that came our way! Her ability to advocate for her clients is absolutely phenomenal! If I ever sell and/or buy another home, I will have no other Real Estate agent than her because she is truly the best! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most clients give me a call and we discuss their individual needs, and how best we can serve those needs. When they are selling a home I then come to meet them and take a tour of their home. When my clients are buying a home, I get right on the search, to find their next home. We work fast with no delays on our end!!
