Hi, I’m Ashley Ruh. After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies and Interior Design, I immediately jumped into the Commercial Interior Design world. I worked for the State of Missouri, designing university classrooms, offices, hospitals, libraries, and much more. This granted me the opportunity to learn how to adapt to harsh deadlines, understand how to find and keep good contractors, and be able to identify red flags to look for in building construction.

Fast forward to the present, I am now a Realtor focusing on four specialty areas: State-to-state relocation, first-time home buyers, new construction and upgrade buyers. I have taken and continue to take hours of education to be able to identify appropriate mortgage financing and real estate strategies for each client depending on their situation. With this experience, I am better able to identify potential hurdles or opportunities with regards to real estate financing and potential tax or legal concerns as they pertain to real estate.

My passion for these areas include a number of reasons, but mainly because I can relate to all of them! I love having the opportunity to say, ‘Hey, I’ve been there, and here is a process to streamline everything you’re going through’. I want to have a purpose in Real Estate – to genuinely help people, not just “sell homes”. More than anything, my role is to act as a client educator and investment consultant. Every day, I help buyers and sellers alike feel less overwhelmed by the whole real estate process. As your realtor, it is my job to prepare you for all scenarios and educate you on the impact of each decision.

Through years of working in Colorado, I’ve learned how to adapt to the market’s fast-paced environment. By continually refining my methods to adapt to the changing market, I ensure that I’m providing my clients with the most effective service and the best possible results.
