What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Site visits are critical as well as time to bring product to review. I form a budget with the clients and set a schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a Designer since 1987. I owned an upholstery shop for 12 years which gave me a huge leg up in working with fabrics and patterns in materials.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

In general I set my fee at $95 per hour. Once I see the project I provide options for payment. I mark the project up if I don't use the hourly but I need to see the project in order to offer options.
