What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to know if I can be of service to you I will ask some questions about you and your home, set up an appointment to view your home and meet with you, discuss the details of my research and how I can help you stage your home to sell for top dollar!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held my real estate license for many years and have the experience of staging various homes to sell very quickly!

My staging services are included in the fee for listing your home, no other charges are necessary.
How did you get started in this business?
My love of interior design, helping others and beautifying homes fuels my passion for my business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work mainly with people in the metro Denver area, helping them stage and sell their homes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently helped a client remodel his 1982 town home on a golf course, putting in the most current fine finishes such as new white cabinets, quartz counter tops, modern flooring, carpet and tile to modernize the baths. I then staged his home using some of his furnishings and many of my items and art work. We had tons of complements on the finsihes and beauty of his home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet them in person, look at photos of the work that they have done!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask what is included in their services, a timeline for the work to be done and their fees.
