Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Begin by assessing customers needs and desires and then creating estimates and budgets where expenses make sense. We provide any necessary information and hope to answer and questions or wonders the customer has along the way. We set a schedule and complete the work in a timely manner, while providing the highest possible quality. We do final walk-throughs to ensure that quality standards are met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been providing carpentry, woodworking and remodeling services for over 10 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on scope of projects, materials and finishes desired by customers.
How did you get started in this business?
I am a third generation carpenter, but I'm sure it's been in my blood for longer than that.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers in all scope ranges, from simple projects, to high-end custom projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Replacing interior doors and trim in homes is often an exciting project, especially when updating from outdated, broken doors to nice, solid, fresh doors and trim.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to get for quality! Attention to small details is a must, the little mistakes compound and tend to show up more in the end result!
