Two Bears Dog Training has been helping people understand and train their dogs for over 20 years. We specialize in starting puppies 8 weeks to 6 months of age. We compete with our own dogs and have handled and trained over 2000 dogs since 1997.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Young puppies we start with 5 private sessions as they are a blank slate. Dogs over 6 months old we begin with a single session to observe what the dog and handler know that we can build upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John has volunteered with the Longmont Humane Society to observe and evaluate dogs for adoption. He has handled thousands of dogs through Two Bears Dog Training and as a dog walker previous to training. He attends seminars to stay up to date on methods and techniques. He has attended the Michael Ellis School for dog trainers.
