What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to college, I have taken course after course in real estate, I come from banking in to real estate (so I do know lending) and I have 15 years of experience negotiating and closing 100's of transaction.
In everything I have been taught during my career, the experience has been the absolute best schooling one could ever have.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked at a bank for 10 years and was investing in real estate. I decided to quit my job and venture into real estate as an investor. My investment strategies and love for the career launched me to helping people buy and sell their homes. It was not just a job, it was a lifestyle. That passion gives my clients the absolute best service.

I have worked with clients from small townhomes to multi million dollar homes.
I have help first time home buyers, investors, move ups, downsizers, military, retirement, professional, families to rock stars.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I am fond of a project that I am selling called Paradise Villas for a developer. It is a fantastic community. The developer called a local title company and asked who they knew of in real estate with the best marketing. The title company gave them my name, and they hired me for their project. I have sold almost every single one of their homes. They could not build them fast enough.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Google their name and see how they compare. There are a lot of people who get into real estate, but there are many part time and with little experience. A simple google check will tell you volumes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When helping someone sell a home:
If they use professional photography when selling?
Do they use video production when selling?
How many homes have they sold in the last year?

Can you help me find a good future investment where I will make money when selling?
Are you good at negotiating the best price?
Will you educate me to what to look for in a home that might cost me money down the road?
