About
Good plumbing at a reasonable rate. I like to think of myself as the Robin Hood of Plumbing. I’m here to help you out of a bad situation at a good price. Gaurantee to be the lowest price. Free bid to all that call. I will only charge if I do work
I enjoy doing a great job and feeling like I have helped someone save lots of money. To know I’m still making decent money for my time and charging the customer way less then the overpriced big companies. I have worked for those guys who charge the big price. I would change a water heater in an hour and get paid $25 for that hour. The big company charges you $2000 pays $375 plus $100 for the heater plus parts and pays me $25. Not sure if your good with math but they made $1500 because you called them. I would be happy making $400 to do the work. I make more and you pay 1100 less.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will listen to them closely to figure out the problem from there point of view. Then I will look at the situation and walk them through how to fix problem and bring them up to building code. I will do a complete inspection of all plumbing in there house and let them know of any issues they have or may have in the future. My goal is to be completely honest and forthright.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a plumber for 15 years. I was a superintendent for new residential houses being built. My job was to make sure Plumbing passed all inspections. I can do plumbing from the ground up. I can also do remodels as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a standard price. I will look at it and give you a price based on how hard the work is.
How did you get started in this business?
I subcontracted work for awhile. New installs or plumbing trims for awhile. But I relealize there is money to made in service work. I like people and like fix things.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many Builders. I have done service work in the past.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently have changed several houses from polybutylene pipe which is illegal in Colorado. Homeowners insurance won’t cover plumbing until it is changed out. I did two units for $2000 for a local firefighter. His lowest bid was $9000. It took me two days and $7000 less. I made money and the firefighter saved himself $7000.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get a few bids. See what each guy has to say.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Learn the problem and do some research on different fixes. Ask a lot of questions. A good plumber should be able to answer all of them. If he comes back with a price ask for different fixes. They always start high.
