What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide professional property management services by interviewing the owner and the viewing the property to determine the best rental rate and value for the current market.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 18 years experience as a Realtor and Property Manager in the Denver and surrounding areas.

Our fee to be on call 24/7 - 365 days a year to address maintenance emergencies, everyday questions and issues is 10% of the monthly rent to give you piece of mind knowing that your investment property is managed by our employees and not outsourced.
Our leasing fee to advertise with professional photos, show the property, screen tenants, complete the move in process with attorney created leases and real estate disclosures is 50% of the 1st month's rent.
A one time set up fee will apply to vacant and occupied properties to assist with the on boarding process.
How did you get started in this business?
I am a 2nd generation Realtor that realized helping clients buy and sell homes was just a small portion of what I was capable of helping them achieve in their investment goals.

We have worked with buyers, sellers, investors and investors who do fix and flips.
